I am married with 4 grown children and 2 grandchildren. My professional life is spent representing government employees as a labor leader, trial advocate, negotiator, and life coach. My personal time is spent reading and writing about philosophy, leadership and decision-making. I lecture about these subjects in various forums, community colleges and universities. Most of my evening hours are spent in Freemasonry activities. I have served in many Masonic capacities locally and nationally, including Grand Master of Masons of the State of New Jersey and Vice-Chair of the Conference of Grand Masters of North America. This is a great outlet to improve myself, my fraternity brothers, and my community. I hope to reach and impact a larger audience by writing books and papers for public distribution.
